Scope of Activities for the "Iranian Urban Design Studies":

The activities and topics eligible for publication in the "Iranian Urban Design Studies" include:

• Distinguished theoretical, practical, and applied research in urban design knowledge in Iran, with an emphasis on promoting Iranian-Islamic identity.
• Studies related to enhancing the physical identity and urban design of Iranian-Islamic spaces.
• Examination of the relationship between the quality of urban public spaces and aspects such as safety, security, health, performance, identity, efficiency, comfort, and convenience for public space users.
• Research on methods for evaluating environmental quality and analyzing urban spaces within the field of urban design.
• Analysis of urban space livability in relation to civic behavior, land use and activities, transportation, and urban facilities.
• Examination of the mutual impacts of environmental conditions, pollution, and climate change on quality of life and life satisfaction in urban public spaces.
• Assessment of environmental, visual, cultural, and social impacts of enhancing the quality of urban public spaces.
